Midway takes many precautions in preventing damage or loss.
Trucks and trailers are:

• Clean and maintained
• Locked and secured
• Equipped with bulkheads keep your goods at the temperature required for transport.
• Equipped with satellite
• Required to provide proof of cargo insurance
• In compliance with Terrorist Protection Act bill

In the unlikely event a claim arises, please provide the following:

• Complete claim form (Acrobat Reader Needed to view file)
• Payment of freight bill in full (claims process cannot begin until the freight charges are paid in full)
• Provide proof of value of loss (copy of invoice)
